.%20Availability%20was%20defined%20as%20provided%20on-site%20in%20the%20HIV%20clinic%20or%20within%20the%20same%20health%20facility.%20User%20fees%20were%20fees%20other%20than%20insurance%20co-pays%20paid%20for%20a%20given%20test%2C%20conditional%20on%20their%20on-site%20availability.%20We%20reported%20frequencies%20and%20percentages%20of%20site-level%20availability%20and%20user%20fees%2C%20overall%20and%20by%20site-%20and%20country-level%20characteristics.%5CnRESULTS%3A%20Most%20sites%20%2888%25%29%20reported%20HIV-1%5C%2FHIV-2%20Ag%5C%2FAb%20availability%20on-site%2C%20while%20fewer%20than%20half%20of%20sites%20reported%20having%20p24%20and%20HIV-1%5C%2F2%20Ab%20suppl%20available.%20Approximately%20half%20of%20sites%20reported%20VL%20and%20CD4%20testing%20availability%2C%20while%20less%20than%20one-third%20of%20sites%20%2828%25%29%20reported%20genotyping%20availability.%20The%20percentage%20of%20sites%20reporting%20user%20fees%20ranged%20from%206.5%25%20%28HIV-1%5C%2F2%20Ag%5C%2FAb%29%20to%2010.5%25%20%28CD4%29.%20A%20higher%20percentage%20of%20sites%20reporting%20user%20fees%20were%20from%20upper-middle%20income%20countries%2C%20countries%20receiving%20any%20Global%20Fund%20or%20any%20PEPFAR%20country%20support%2C%20and%20the%20Asia-Pacific%20region.%5CnCONCLUSIONS%3A%20While%20most%20HIV%20care%20sites%20participating%20in%20IeDEA%20did%20not%20charge%20user%20fees%20for%20HIV-related%20laboratory%20tests%20in%202019%2C%20on-site%20availability%20of%20such%20tests%20was%20limited.%20Continued%20action%20to%20identify%20and%20address%20constraints%20in%20the%20routine%20provision%20of%20these%20laboratory%20services%20is%20critical%20for%20appropriate%20management%20of%20HIV.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%222025-12-07%22%2C%22section%22%3A%22%22%2C%22partNumber%22%3A%22%22%2C%22partTitle%22%3A%22%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.64898%5C%2F2025.12.05.25341715%22%2C%22citationKey%22%3A%22%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22%22%2C%22PMID%22%3A%22%22%2C%22PMCID%22%3A%22%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%22%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22eng%22%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%22GXCKG69T%22%2C%22369YB7BV%22%2C%22ZVWK2Q45%22%2C%22D9WC3N3V%22%2C%22TCMBXKKM%22%2C%228IRGNQWZ%22%2C%22F2Y6PLUL%22%2C%22ZBJI578D%22%2C%22YAE5EUBI%22%2C%223FNU2D64%22%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222026-01-15T09%3A49%3A26Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
